Jeppiaar Educational Trust was started in 1987 to promote Technical Education in India. It has started Sathyabama Engineering College in 1988, which has obtained the status of Sathyabama University in 2001. The trust runs number of Engineering Colleges, which holds the top ten positions in the state of Tamilnadu. The trust has produced lots of young technocrats. The trustees carry more than 25 years of Experience in administrating several educational institutions. Having such vast experience in administration of colleges and Universities, we have formed Jeppiaar Remibai Educational Trust giving birth to Jeppiaar Institute of Technology in 2011 to provide more academic excellence in Technical and Management Education.
A rich heritage of academic excellence is given by the college with its strong infrastructure, unrelenting endeavours in imparting technical education to budding engineers. The main aspiration of our institute is to prepare prospective students with essential skills, knowledge, confidence and expertise in state-of-the-art technology in order to perform their work professionally and outstand with higher dynamism.
