Buildings first evolved out of the dynamic between needs (shelter, security worship, etc)… and means (available building materials and attendant skills.)

As human cultures developed and knowledge began to be formalized through oral traditions and practices, building became a craft, and “Architecture” is the name given to the most highly formalized and respected versions of that crafts.

A wider definition would include within its scope the design of the total built-up environment, from the macro level of town planning, urban design and landscape architecture to the micro level of furniture.

Architecture is a multi-disciplinary field, including with its fold Mathematics, Science, Art, Technology, Social Science, Politics, History and Philosophy and so on”.
